High end screw compressor successfully started in one attempt
News | Sinopec Zhenhai Refining 11 million tons/year of oil refining and high-end synthetic new materials project process screw compressor a successful start-up
On December 27th, good news came from the project site that the first process screw compressor of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining 11 million tons/year oil refining and high-end synthetic new material project, which was manufactured by Kaisan Group Co.
Zhenhai Refining 11 million tons/year of oil refining and high-end synthetic new materials project adopts three sets of Kaishan self-developed and fully intellectual property rights of the Y-line process screw compressors.
This project puts high demands on the quality and energy efficiency of process screw compressors, and the project is time-critical and task-intensive. The K-203 unit, which has a flow rate of 7,000 Nm³/h per unit, took only 175 days from the signing of the contract to the successful commissioning of the unit.
Kaisan adopts the modular design of full skid mounting, the unit is highly integrated and easy to install on site, K-203 unit only took 40 days to complete the whole process from on-site installation to successful commissioning, the unit's smooth operation and Kaisan's high efficiency have been recognized and praised by Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company.
The petroleum refining field needs efficient and reliable process screw compressors to meet its production needs. The successful commissioning of this unit marks that Kaishan Group's process screw compressors have reached the high standard requirements of Sinopec's head enterprises.
